Training and business user support were part of the rollout to embed self-service and governed reporting practices.
Governance encompassed EDW design ownership, technical lead oversight and a small distributed delivery team with nearshore and offshore resources, combined with business training and support processes. The program targeted consolidation of reporting platforms including SSIS and Power BI into the SAP-centric analytics architecture, delivering additional reporting capabilities and improved performance and support.
