Medius Legacy Medius AP Invoice Automation AP Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Meriton Group implemented Medius AP Invoice Automation to formalize Accounts Payable processing across its construction and real estate operations in Australia. The deployment addressed AP Automation needs for high volume invoice intake and workflow orchestration across corporate accounts payable teams supporting more than 50 Meriton Hotels and residential properties. The program focused on centralizing invoice capture, automating validation and routing, and establishing a single AP processing path for strata levies and council rates. This implementation positioned the Medius AP Invoice Automation platform as the primary system for invoice lifecycle management within Meriton Group. Medius AP Invoice Automation was configured to support automated invoice capture and validation, invoice workflow routing, and electronic approval orchestration consistent with AP Automation functional patterns. Configuration work aligned invoice capture with existing document ingestion tools, and validation rules were established for vendor details and payment information. Approval workflows were mapped to accounts payable roles and exception handling workflows were tuned to reduce manual routing. The implementation integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX for ledger posting and creditor management, and operated alongside MediusFlow for workflow orchestration, Kofax for capture operations, and EFTsure for payment validation as part of the end to end process. Operational coverage included processing of strata levies and council rates for the 50 plus properties, monthly reconciliation of creditors statements, and day to day vendor master maintenance. Business functions directly impacted were Accounts Payable, treasury and property finance teams responsible for payments and reconciliations. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized vendor setup and bank account maintenance, with AP officers retaining responsibility for vendor onboarding and monthly reconciliations. Roles and approval authorities were codified into the workflow engine to enforce control over invoice approvals and creditor statement reconciliation. Operational ownership remained with the accounts payable team, which executed vendor setups, exception resolution, and periodic reconciliations within the Medius AP Invoice Automation framework.

Instructure Legacy Canvas LMS Learning and Development HCM n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Meriton Group deployed Canvas LMS to centralize workforce learning and compliance. Canvas LMS was adopted as the company Learning and Development platform to support frontline hotel operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security and supervisory staff at Meriton properties in Sydney, Australia. The implementation emphasized course management, onboarding pathways, compliance and emergency response training, aligning Canvas LMS functionality with role-based curricula for positions such as Manager on Duty and Chief Fire Warden. Operational usage included training delivery, assessment tracking and certification recording, and staff used Canvas to log outstanding maintenance jobs and follow up on those jobs by priority, leveraging standard LMS submission and comment workflows to capture ticket details and closure status. Canvas operated alongside existing operational applications rather than replacing them, with rostering continuing in EMP Live and physical access control and parking systems remaining on Insight, Vingcard, Haefael and ZEAG HUB where they were already in use. The Canvas LMS deployment was positioned to complement operational systems while providing a single source for training records and role-specific compliance artifacts. Governance and workflow changes were led by departmental managers and property supervisors, who formalized mentor-led onboarding by embedding LMS modules into existing training programs and mandated Canvas logging for maintenance follow-ups to ensure traceability. Meriton Group used Canvas LMS as its Learning and Development solution to connect structured e learning, role certification and operational follow-up within hotel operations.

Proptech Labs Legacy Proptech Labs Inspection Manager Real Estate Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Meriton Group implemented Proptech Labs Inspection Manager. The Proptech Labs Inspection Manager is integrated on Meriton Group's website and is positioned to support Real Estate Property Management activities across the company portfolio. The implementation centers on inspection scheduling and digital condition reporting, using category-aligned capabilities such as checklist-driven inspections, photo and media capture, and automated report generation to structure field data. Configuration work focused on standardized inspection templates and role-based access controls to align inspection workflows with property operations and asset management responsibilities. Deployment is web-integrated, with the Proptech Labs Inspection Manager operating as the public facing inspection interface on the Meriton website, supporting mobile browser access for on-site staff. Operational scope encompasses property operations and facilities teams responsible for routine and post-tenancy inspections, and the solution captures structured inspection records to feed internal property management processes.
