Rollout activity supported both HR payroll processes and operational staffing teams, with governance centered on schedule ownership, overtime approval workflows and reporting for command staff. The case study reports a 97% reduction in daily scheduling time and large reductions in missed court notifications following the InTime Time and Attendance deployment.
