In 2021, Metrohm implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Timesheet as part of a broader Dynamics 365 upgrade. The implementation emphasized Time and Attendance capabilities to unify time capture across field service, project and finance workflows.
The deployment consolidated CRM and ERP by upgrading to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement with Avanade, harmonizing global field service, project and finance processes across many countries. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Timesheet was configured to capture timesheet entries and field-service time capture, with the Timesheet module feeding project costing and invoicing workflows inside Finance.
Integrations included synchronized time data flows between Customer Engagement field-service records and Finance to support invoicing and project accounting, and alignment of project time, billing and finance ledgers within the Finance & Operations instance. Operational coverage spanned global field service, project management and finance teams across many countries, bringing time entry, approvals and project costing into a single Dynamics 365 environment.
