Arcoro Legacy InfinityHR Applicant Tracking System Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, Inc implemented the Arcoro InfinityHR Applicant Tracking System to consolidate recruiting data and standardize hiring workflows. The decision responded to steady growth at the company, which employs roughly 350 field workers from the local union hall and hires about ten to 15 full time employees per year, and was driven by a need for a recruiting solution and a performance management capability to develop and retain staff. The InfinityHR Applicant Tracking System was configured to be straightforward and user friendly, with emphasis on centralizing candidate records, enforcing consistent recruiting workflows, and making it easy for HR and hiring managers to enter accurate data. Arcoro s solution was selected because it was easily configured to meet MMC s needs and allowed the company to scale processes without adopting an enterprise system that would overcomplicate operations. Implementation focused on operationalizing applicant tracking and supporting upstream performance management processes, improving efficiency by reducing time spent manually pulling recruitment data.

COINS Global Legacy COINS ERP Construction ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2017
In 2016 Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, Inc implemented COINS ERP as their Construction ERP platform. The COINS ERP deployment was maintained on a Linux Red Hat base and supported a mid-market contracting organization with roughly 80 office personnel and over 200 field workers, delivering core project and field operational support. COINS ERP provided category-aligned capabilities including project accounting, job costing, procurement orchestration, and field mobility support. Configuration and day to day administration for COINS ERP were handled by a sole Systems Administrator who managed application availability, scheduled upgrades, and system backups for the environment. The COINS ERP instance coexisted with a VMware virtualization layer consisting of two ESXi hosts and approximately 20 servers managed via vCenter, alongside a SQL Server estate, Active Directory domain services, and a SharePoint 2013 farm. Network and systems monitoring was instrumented with SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor, while WSUS and KACE were used for patching and imaging across multiple remote sites. Governance was centralized, with the Systems Administrator reporting directly to the CFO for budgeting and planning and coordinating cross department process improvements. Routine lifecycle operations included ESXi and SharePoint upgrades, SQL server administration, backup planning, and remote site administration to sustain COINS ERP availability and support construction business functions. Overall the COINS ERP implementation at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, Inc was embedded in a hybrid Linux and Windows infrastructure emphasizing continuous monitoring, planned maintenance, and close IT finance coordination to maintain operational continuity for Construction ERP workloads.
