Cegid Qualiac ERP is used to monitor productivity indicators and action plans, and to record validation steps and contractual metrics that feed operating meetings with multiple service providers. Governance and process changes were formalized around steering and contract oversight, with Qualiac supporting invoice validation, dispute tracking and credit request flows for invoicing outside supplier contracts. Day to day workflows moved to centralized invoice verification, pointing and formalized approval paths to enforce contract-level controls and to support collaboration between administrative services, accounting and purchasing.
