In 2019, MGEN implemented Cegid Qualiac ERP to centralize ERP Financial controls within its General Services Administrative Framework at La Verrière. The deployment was scoped to steer and manage the activity of services across 35 contracts covering SG and 1st Contact relationships with service providers, suppliers and internal partners, and to provide a single application for contract tables and financial payer responsibilities.
The Cegid Qualiac ERP configuration captures contract tables for invoicing, waste weight indicator, BSD, monitoring of BI work, regulatory controls and real estate verification. Functional emphasis was placed on accounts payable processing, invoicing validation, budget management and payment authorization workflows, enabling the establishment financial payer role, signing of accounting documents and validation of transfers directly in the Qualiac software.
Operational coverage includes the General Services Administrative Framework at La Verrière and coordinated processes with accounting, purchasing and the DI head office for investment program transmission and dispute recovery. Cegid Qualiac ERP is used to monitor productivity indicators and action plans, and to record validation steps and contractual metrics that feed operating meetings with multiple service providers.
Governance and process changes were formalized around steering and contract oversight, with Qualiac supporting invoice validation, dispute tracking and credit request flows for invoicing outside supplier contracts. Day to day workflows moved to centralized invoice verification, pointing and formalized approval paths to enforce contract-level controls and to support collaboration between administrative services, accounting and purchasing.

Governance emphasis included controlled template publishing, signature event logging, and retention of audit records to support regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Rollout considerations prioritized consistent branding and embedded signing UX on the website, while ongoing operational ownership remained with teams responsible for customer communications and compliance.
