Opus was integrated to support Michelman's JDE, UKG, TM1 and Microsoft Power BI, enabling a single Digital Adoption layer across ERP, HR, financial planning and analytics applications for Michelman's global operations. The implementation positioned Epilogue Opus as a central content repository that surfaces consistent documentation across those systems and reduces dependence on disparate help assets.
Governance was organized around the network of more than 65 subject matter experts, with editorial review and publishing workflows established to maintain document currency and application coverage.
