Governance activities documented and executed included developing user training collateral such as brochures, templates, FAQs, and standard operating procedures, communicating all upgrades and changes to user populations, and conducting online, classroom, and individual training sessions for managers and staff. Operational ownership emphasized ongoing production support and stakeholder consultation, including partnering with the Labor Relations Manager on staffing and scheduling grievances and consulting with leaders on workforce planning initiatives. The implementation sustained a continuous cycle of configuration, testing, communication, training, reporting, and audit to maintain schedule integrity and compliance within the symplr API ShiftSelect environment.
