The deployment was provisioned as a cloud SaaS single-domain Google Workspace environment covering all 50 employees, configured to deliver corporate email, shared calendaring, document collaboration, file storage, and video conferencing capabilities.
Google Workspace administration was centralized through the Admin console to manage user provisioning, domain settings, and baseline security controls for staff access and group permissions. Core functional modules in use include Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Meet, and the MiniCo website surfaces Google Workspace-managed corporate email addresses and routes inbound contact form messages to Workspace mailboxes, linking external customer interactions to internal Collaboration workflows.

In 2002, MiniCo implemented Oracle NetSuite Commerce to establish a dedicated eCommerce channel for its retail operations. The deployment centralized the company storefront and order handling under Oracle NetSuite Commerce, aligning the application with MiniCo's small business scale and US market focus.
The implementation configured core eCommerce capabilities including product catalog management, storefront presentation, shopping cart and checkout workflows, customer account management, pricing and promotions logic, and order management processes. Oracle NetSuite Commerce was provisioned to support catalog updates, transaction capture and fulfillment orchestration consistent with typical eCommerce functional architecture.
Operational ownership landed with merchandising, operations, customer service and finance teams, who used the Oracle NetSuite Commerce application to manage product data, process online orders and reconcile transactions. Governance emphasized centralized catalog and pricing control, standard order to cash workflows, and consolidated administrative oversight appropriate for a 50 person retailer.
