The implementation included configuration of standard Syteline modules for production and inventory control, SQL server implementations with database integrity validation, and automation of routine maintenance tasks aligned with an enterprise application lifecycle process.
Integrations documented in the operational environment included GlobalScape SFTP for secure file transfers, SharePoint for document management and collaboration, and backup and recovery platforms including CommVault and Backup Exec orchestrated with company wide data retention plans. The environment was governed by an Enterprise Application Manager led team of local and remote engineers who implemented monitoring, patching, upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and a centralized backup strategy, ensuring application availability and recoverability across the organization.
