The deployment established SAP S/4 HANA as a single source of truth for inventory and customer related data across 84 stores and the national support centre, improving visibility and traceability during the program. Governance was strengthened through the Syniti driven data matching engine and a documented data roadmap that guided remediation and cutover sequencing, reducing manual reconciliation work and complexity. Project stakeholders reported improved data integrity and cited efficiencies and cost savings driven by the combined SAP S/4 HANA and Syniti implementation, and Mitre 10 is exploring further use of consolidated data for onboarding and compliance processes.
