The deployment incorporated skip trace information capture and structured notes to document broken promises to pay and re-negotiations. Agents used LTi LeasePlus to maintain audit trails and to document agreements and follow-up commitments. Records were maintained across LTi LeasePlus, InfoLease and Salesforce, with agents recording communication, contact updates, payment status and activity in all three systems. This cross-system record keeping linked lease account details, collections notes and inbound customer interactions to support ongoing collections work and inbound customer service. Internal workflows routed disputes and escalations to customer service, legal and compliance teams for review and resolution. Collections governance emphasized compliance with federal and state laws including FDCPA, and operational controls required documentation before accounts were placed with third party collection agencies or legal counsel. A job aid was created to standardize data capture and third party collection contact information for use across offices, supporting consistency in collections processes. The implementation aligned collections operational procedures with legal and compliance oversight while centralizing record keeping in LTi LeasePlus and related systems.
