JMR Infotech was contracted as the end to end system integrator, responsible for application deployment, technology stack provisioning, hardware supply and full implementation, after a competitive shortlisting that included a local vendor Optimal 9. The Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution v12.0.3 deployment focused on core banking functional capabilities typical of the Core Banking category, including customer account management, deposit processing, loan lifecycle and micro-lending workflows, teller and transaction processing, and general ledger posting. Configuration work was aligned to microfinance business rules and product structures to meet Mohanokor MFI specific requirements, leveraging FLEXCUBE product configuration, parameterization and workflow controls. Operational execution covered Mohanokor MFI operations in Cambodia and targeted primary business functions such as retail lending, deposit taking, customer servicing and accounting. JMR Infotech retained responsibility for technical architecture decisions, hardware and infrastructure delivery, and the application implementation, creating a single-vendor delivery model for the program. Project governance emphasized end to end delivery by JMR Infotech, supported by JMR references across 110 banks that underpinned the vendor selection. Jayafar Moidu, CEO of JMR Infotech, characterized the engagement as a regional technology advancement for the growing MFI sector in the area. |
