In 2003 Mokate deployed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial system. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation completed in July 2003 after a project run by BCC, now All for One Poland, following an April 2002 decision to select SAP.
The implementation scope included financial accounting FI, fixed assets FI-AA, treasury TR, controlling CO, material management MM, production planning PP and sales and distribution SD. BCC consultants performed a deep analysis of Mokate financial and logistics processes, defined detailed organizational changes, and configured SAP ERP ECC 6.0 using the SPRINT preconfigured template for mid market businesses as the baseline to accelerate deployment.
The project consolidated transactional and master data that had been spread across earlier solutions including the Impuls system from BPSC, unifying FI and CO accounting with MM driven procurement and PP driven production scheduling. Operational coverage explicitly spanned order to cash and procure to pay, aligning sales and distribution with inventory and production planning to support stock optimization across the organization.
Project governance comprised a preparatory analysis phase, a specification of organizational changes, and staged rollout planning which was adjusted when production planning scope was expanded, resulting in the July 2003 go-live. Execution responsibility rested with BCC and Mokate management, with configuration priorities set to deliver multidimensional sales and profitability reporting and to improve planning governance across sales, logistics and production functions within the ERP Financial environment.

In 2004 Mokate implemented BPSC Impuls EVO, deploying the BPSC Impuls EVO application as its Manufacturing ERP to standardize core production and back office processes at the consumer packaged goods company. The implementation anchored enterprise process control and master data consolidation under a single Manufacturing ERP instance.
The deployment focused on core manufacturing ERP capabilities, including production planning and scheduling, material requirements planning, inventory and warehouse management, procurement and supplier management, sales order processing, financial accounting, and quality control. Configuration work emphasized shop floor data capture, batch traceability and routine-driven production workflows consistent with Manufacturing ERP functional expectations.
