In 2017 Monex implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as an ERP Financial solution with Infosys leading the implementation, targeting the Financial Analyst Group at Banco Monex. The engagement concentrated on core accounts payable operations and ran against day to day AP responsibilities documented between September 2017 and February 2020.
Microsoft Dynamics AX was configured to receive and process invoices in multiple currencies and to support detailed tax validation workflows, including ISR and VAT checks and the application of SAT provisions. Configuration work included payment programming aligned to company policy, advance payment verification procedures for internal and external clients, and the loading of accounting provisions and estimates into the general ledger.
Operational use of Microsoft Dynamics AX covered supplier balance validation, clarification and follow up on rejected invoices with internal stakeholders, bank reconciliation tasks and analysis of accounting accounts. Functional coverage spanned accounts payable, supplier master reconciliation and routine treasury adjacent activities, reflecting the system role within the finance organization.
Governance was operationalized through configured validation steps, review and confirmation routines for supplier balances, and payment scheduling controls enforced within Microsoft Dynamics AX to align execution with company policies. The deployment emphasized process orchestration for invoice validation, accounting cancellations and re classifications, and the capture of payment provisions within the ERP Financial ledger environment.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle OBIEE | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Monex implemented Oracle OBIEE to centralize Analytics and BI for ingresos and contratos reporting across its finance organization. Oracle OBIEE 11.1.1.7 was the deployed release and served as the primary enterprise reporting and analytics platform for revenue and contract analyses.
The implementation included semantic layer modeling through an RPD that organized revenue and contract fact structures and dimensions, a presentation catalog and interactive dashboards for ad hoc analysis, and scheduled publishing for operational report distribution. Core Oracle OBIEE components such as Presentation Services and the BI Server were configured to support multi-user concurrent reporting and secure presentation layer access.
Data integration focused on feeding the OBIEE semantic model from Monex transactional and contract data sources and from intermediate data staging areas, enabling governed single-source reporting for finance and contract management. Operational coverage targeted Grupo financiero Monex finance teams and revenue stewardship functions, providing role-based access to dashboards and reports under the Analytics and BI deployment.
Governance and rollout followed a phased program with a BI consultant engaged from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015, including RPD version control, report catalog curation, and end user training that realigned reporting workflows toward centralized semantic governance. The deployment emphasized structured report lifecycle management and catalog governance to sustain analytic consistency across the finance organization.
