In 2012, Monos implemented Odoo Skills Management as part of a broader Odoo deployment across its Mongolian operations, with Cubicsoft leading the initial implementation that began in 2012. The rollout centralized inventory, sales, accounting and HR systems and brought Odoo Skills Management into the company’s human resources landscape under the Skills Intelligence category.
The deployment covered functional modules including Payroll, Employees and Skills Management alongside core inventory, sales and accounting capabilities, centralizing roughly 7,000 products and automating approximately 800 daily orders. Configuration work emphasized employee records and payroll automation, while Skills Management provided structured capability tracking and workforce proficiency data as part of the HR module set.
Cubicsoft managed the program delivery and configuration, and the implementation delivered improved inventory accuracy and reporting while eliminating extensive manual data work. Operational coverage included Monos Pharma Trade’s Mongolian sites, and business functions impacted included inventory control, order processing, finance and HR governance.
Monos implemented Odoo Skills Management to bring Skills Intelligence into its HR and workforce processes, integrating skills tracking with employee and payroll records and aligning HR workflows with centralized inventory and financial reporting.
