In February 2010, Montecito Inn implemented WebRezPro, a Hospitality ERP application provided by World Web Technologies. The deployment targeted the inn's core operations at its 61-room Santa Barbara property to modernize reservations, housekeeping and integrated back-office accounting.
WebRezPro was configured to manage reservations workflows, housekeeping management and accounting interfaces, and the implementation included rate and package configuration capabilities to support new packaged rates. The cloud deployment prioritized staff usability and simplified daily front desk and housekeeping operations. WebRezPro configuration emphasized packaged rate creation and faster rate maintenance for seasonal and promotional offerings.
Integrations implemented included interfaces for credit card processing and global distribution system connectivity to enable channel distribution and payment authorization flows. The cloud model enabled remote management access, allowing offsite oversight of reservations and operations. Operational coverage focused on front desk reservations, housekeeping coordination and back-office accounting at the single Santa Barbara site.
The February 2010 rollout centralized reservation and housekeeping workflows and aligned operational procedures around the Hospitality ERP, with governance changes to rate update processes and packaged offering approvals. The inn reported improved staff usability and increased revenue through easier rate and package configuration using WebRezPro.
