Agilysys Legacy Agilysys IG Quick Pay Payment Processing ERP n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Morongo Casino Resort & Spa implemented Agilysys IG Quick Pay, a Self-Service Kiosk solution to power guest self-service dining reservations and payment for its new all-you-can-eat concept The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani. The deployment places kiosks directly in front of the restaurant so guests can schedule and pay by day, time, and guest count and redeem earned points, complimentary gifts and other offers at the time of reservation. Agilysys IG Quick Pay was configured to manage reservation scheduling, upfront payment processing, loyalty redemption, host check-in notifications via text, and seating orchestration, delivering a self-service POS seating workflow for the Marketplace concept. The solution processes payment at reservation to eliminate checkout wait times and surfaces check-in alerts when a reserved table is available. The kiosk is integrated with Morongo’s broader Agilysys estate, tying into point-of-sale, property management, and end-to-end food and beverage systems to enable guest spend analysis across room, casino, and property systems. Morongo also uses Agilysys for mobile check-in and check-out, digital keys, mobile self-service food and beverage ordering, contactless payment, and cashless transaction tracking, allowing transactional and loyalty data to flow into centralized operational reporting. Operational coverage is centered on The Marketplace at the Morongo property, where the deployment freed hosts from line management and allowed staff to be redeployed to other guest service areas. Morongo reported an immediate increase in all-you-can-eat food and beverage revenue and reduced guest wait times as direct outcomes of the Agilysys IG Quick Pay Self-Service Kiosk implementation, with the solution supporting the food and beverage business function and guest experience at the resort.

UKG Legacy UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) Workforce Management HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Morongo Casino Resort & Spa deployed UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) for Workforce Management. The implementation was centered on supporting guest-facing operations and back-office labor administration across the casino resort. UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) was configured for time and attendance, shift scheduling, and frontline workforce workflows consistent with Workforce Management deployments, with role-based user profiles for guest services, promotions staff, and administrative teams. Front-desk employees used the system as part of standard operating procedures to sign up guests for rewards cards and to input identification information such as I.D., passport, or consulate card details into the Kronos system in support of check-in and promotional enrollment. Operational coverage included guest services, promotions administration, phone and office duties, and HR-led scheduling and payroll preparation, aligning workforce processes with on-site service routines. Governance emphasized user access controls and procedural integration of shift tasks into the workforce application to ensure consistent data entry and timekeeping for staff across the property.

Agilysys Legacy Agilysys LMS Hotel Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Morongo Casino Resort & Spa implemented Agilysys LMS as part of its Hotel Property Management environment to extend self-service dining and loyalty capabilities into the resort food and beverage footprint. The deployment centered on enabling 24/7 guest self-service booking and payment for a new all-you-can-eat concept while tying reservations and payments directly into property-level operations. Agilysys LMS was configured to orchestrate self-service kiosk transactions, point-of-sale interactions, loyalty point redemption, and reservation scheduling at The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani. The implementation leveraged the vendor's kiosk and POS workflows to capture day, time, and guest-count reservations, process payment at time of booking, and apply earned offers or complimentary redemptions against the dining charge. Operational integration connected Agilysys LMS data to Morongo’s end-to-end food-and-beverage systems and to hotel, casino, and property systems to enable guest spend analysis and unified transaction records. The scope of coverage included on-property dining across nine restaurant concepts, the casino floor, hotel check-in and mobile services, and ancillary venues such as poolside outlets and the travel center, enabling notifications such as text alerts to guests when reserved seating became available. Governance and workforce workflow changes focused on shifting queue and checkout responsibilities from hosts and cashiers to automated kiosk and POS flows, freeing staff for service tasks. The resort retained Agilysys as its core vendor for property management and POS systems and integrated Agilysys LMS into that existing architecture, which supported immediate improvements in guest throughput, elimination of checkout wait times, and an explicit, reported increase in all-you-can-eat food and beverage revenue while enabling staff redeployment to other guest-facing areas.
