In 2017 Morris-Jenkins began implementing ServMan by WorkWave as its ERP Financial application. The ServMan by WorkWave deployment went live in 2018 to support the Priority Advantage maintenance program in the Charlotte, NC region, with an explicit focus on automating finance and field-service processes.
Configuration centered on finance modules for billing and accounts, contract setup for maintenance memberships, and scheduling capabilities to coordinate field technicians and appointments.
