Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to support end to end project lifecycle workflows including project creation, budget uploads, cost analysis, accruals, billing, revenue recognition, reconciliation and project closure. These workflows were mapped to standard Oracle modules such as Project Costing, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, with configuration of revenue recognition rules and accrual posting logic. Automation focused on project level budget uploads and cost roll ups into the general ledger.
Data conversion activities migrated transactional and master data from Microsoft Dynamics AX into Oracle E-Business Suite to preserve project histories and budgets. Operational coverage centered on finance and project accounting teams using the ERP Financial instance for billing runs, accrual schedules and close reconciliations.
Governance changes formalized a project to close lifecycle inside Oracle E-Business Suite, assigning owner responsibilities for budget control, cost analysis and final reconciliations. The rollout standardized billing and revenue recognition workflows and embedded reconciliation steps into the ERP Financial close process.

Mulesoft was the integration platform used across Salesforce and Fusion interfaces, and Talend MDM was applied to create centralized data structures and a data management strategy. Analytical platform evaluation work for Salesforce and a data lake considered tools such as DOMO and Sisense for next generation analytics.
Governance was formalized through an EA-led center of excellence around Salesforce and Mulesoft to reduce vendor dependency, and the team actively monitored quality code delivery by vendor partners including PWC. Operational scope covered HR, finance related revenue management touchpoints and sales integration points, and the Salesforce headquarters instance was re-architected to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency as part of the broader integration and data governance program.
