In 2021 Motor Fuel Group deployed MADIC UK evoPOS as its Point Of Sale platform across the UK forecourt estate. The programme was executed as a national rollout covering 918 sites and 1,604 evoPOS tills and was delivered by MADIC UK, the vendor's UK subsidiary formerly known as TLM.
The implementation combined MADIC UK evoPOS at till level with evoBackOffice for store and transaction reconciliation and evoHeadOffice for central configuration. Functional capabilities implemented included till transaction processing, centralized product and price catalogs, promotion management and back office reconciliation workflows consistent with Point Of Sale operations in fuel retail.
Sites were connected to evoHeadOffice to centrally manage products, pricing and promotions, creating a hub and spoke deployment structure that centralized configuration and policy distribution. Operational scope targeted forecourt retail operations across the estate, aligning store floor tills, store supervisors and back office teams under a single product and pricing governance model.
Rollout governance was delivered by MADIC UK as a large scale programme, including centralized configuration in evoHeadOffice and site commissioning of evoPOS tills and evoBackOffice processes. The deployment was intended to improve retail operations and provide central control across the estate, with MADIC UK responsible for delivery and operational handover.
