In 2017, Movicel implemented Oracle Cloud ERP. Oracle Cloud ERP served as an ERP Financial platform to address core finance, PPM, procurement, EPM and HCM integration requirements across the company.
The implementation covered functional modules and capabilities including financials, project financials and project performance reporting, procurement workflows, budgeting and planning via EPM, and HCM integration points. Configuration work demonstrated during workshops included Fusion Security features, Approval Groups, Task Configuration, Financial Reporting Centre, Sunburst visualizations, and standardized OTBI reports, together with the building and maintenance workflows for capital assets.
Workshops were led by an Enterprise Solution Architect and Presales lead who demonstrated end to end functionality for HCM, ERP and EPM cloud applications and captured detailed business requirements. The engagement produced a solution design diagram, a high level process architecture and a core accounting design, and explicitly documented the end to end integration between financials, projects, procurement and HCM to support operational handoffs and reporting.
Governance and workflow changes emphasized role based security and approval group configuration within Fusion, plus task configuration to drive approval routing and report access. The implementation narrative centers on Oracle Cloud ERP as the ERP Financial system, the integration of project and procurement financials, and the documented deliverables used to move from requirements to solution design.

In 2018, Movicel implemented Nectar Infotel CRM. The deployment was part of a broader telecom OSS/BSS engagement across Central Africa and targeted customer-facing and billing recovery operations for the Angolan operator.
Nectar Infotel CRM was configured to provide customer management and ticketing functionality, with explicit modules for dunning workflows, payments handling and NT3 case ticketing. Configuration emphasized collections automation, case lifecycle management and customer record consolidation to support operational teams.
The CRM was integrated into the operator's OSS and BSS stack as part of the overall engagement, enabling handoff between billing recovery processes and service assurance workflows without reference to specific platforms. Operational scope included collections, customer care and billing teams in Angola, where the platform supported end to end recovery orchestration and NT3 incident tracking.
Governance changes centered on standardized dunning sequences and NT3 ticketing procedures, shifting case ownership into the Nectar Infotel CRM workflow to centralize recovery orchestration. Vendor case studies reported outcomes of approximately 40% faster recovery cycles and about 25% reduction in churn following the deployment of Nectar Infotel CRM.
