Deltek Talent and Vantagepoint were configured in tandem to support workforce planning and to maintain consistent employee and talent records across platforms. Silversoft led the configuration and phased rollout to HR and recruitment teams across Mpamot operations in South Africa, aligning recruiter workflows and workforce planning processes. The integration approach emphasized shared master data for employees and candidates between Deltek ATS, Deltek Talent in the Cloud and Deltek Vantagepoint to reduce duplication and improve operational visibility. Governance changes included centralized recruitment policies, standardized hiring workflows and an operational cadence for workforce planning and talent development.
