In 2020 Mvmnt implemented Xplor Triib to provide Gym Management capabilities for core studio operations. The deployment targeted a single-site, small-staff environment and centered on software-led membership administration and class scheduling, aligning the Xplor Triib application with front-desk and coaching workflows for the six-person retail gym.
Xplor Triib was configured to support standard Gym Management functional areas including membership management, class reservations and rostering, payment processing and front-desk check-in workflows. The public-facing website uses CrossFit Software for online class information and booking, while internal operations rely on Xplor Triib for centralized member records and daily scheduling. Governance emphasis was placed on consolidating membership data and standardizing class roster and check-in processes to streamline studio operations and coaching coordination.
