Operational ownership rested with corporate HR, while store HR personnel interfaced with the system for time capture, leave requests, and workforce data maintenance. Role-based access controls and payroll configuration were implemented to align with Malaysia statutory payroll rules and local payroll workflows. Governance focused on consolidating employee records into a single HR system of record and standardizing HR workflows, with HR staff trained on Boss Solution tools.
