Boss Solutions Legacy BOSS Core HR Core HR HCM n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Mydin implemented BOSS Core HR to manage Core HR functions for its Human Resources organization across Malaysia. The deployment was sized to support the retailer’s workforce of approximately 6,000 employees and addressed both corporate HR operations and store-level HR processes. BOSS Core HR was configured to deliver standard Core HR capabilities, including employee master data and personnel administration, payroll processing, leave and attendance management, benefits administration, and HR reporting. NCR Voyix Legacy NCR Voyix Retail Point Of Sale ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Mydin implemented NCR Voyix Retail as its Point Of Sale application across its retail operations. The deployment was managed through the group IT organization under the Head of Ecommerce and IT General Manager, who oversaw the full applications services lifecycle including implementation, rollout and transition to support. NCR Voyix Retail was configured to support core POS capabilities including transaction processing, price and promotion management, tender and payment workflows, inventory visibility at store level, and end of day reconciliation. The implementation leveraged standard Point Of Sale functional modules to enable consistent checkout processes and centralized merchandising controls. Integration workstreams were coordinated within the IT division as part of broader application lifecycle activities and vendor management responsibilities. Governance for the NCR Voyix Retail rollout followed the companys established project management model, with project leadership from the IT General Manager, staged pilots and phased store rollouts, and formal transition into support. Implementation governance also tied into Mydins strategic planning and KPI efforts, using cross divisional planning workshops to align operational metrics and post rollout monitoring frameworks.
