The implementation leveraged standard Point Of Sale functional modules to enable consistent checkout processes and centralized merchandising controls.
Integrations were executed as part of the program to connect NCR Voyix Retail with enterprise systems, including store networking to head office, inventory and replenishment feeds, payment processing interfaces, and customer engagement channels including e commerce and loyalty platforms. Integration workstreams were coordinated within the IT division as part of broader application lifecycle activities and vendor management responsibilities.
Governance for the NCR Voyix Retail rollout followed the companys established project management model, with project leadership from the IT General Manager, staged pilots and phased store rollouts, and formal transition into support.
