Operational coverage included finance, accounts payable, claims processing, and provider and subscriber communications, with automated tasks instrumented to meet SLA requirements and reduce manual checkout work across those teams. Governance emphasized embedded validation rules and SLA monitoring within automated workflows, positioning Oracle NetSuite ERP as the transactional source for validated invoice and payment records.
