| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, NFL implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP, focusing on ERP Financial operations while establishing comprehensive end user support across five locations. The deployment included direct administration of Oracle PeopleSoft ERP accounts, with technicians performing user account edits alongside broader desktop and mobile support responsibilities for the organization.
Operational execution centered on deskside and service desk coverage, providing troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Mac systems, Surface tablets, BlackBerrys, Android devices, iPhones, Cisco IP phones, and printers. Staff managed imaging and provisioning workflows, deploying PC and Mac images to new and upgradable employees, and completed a project upgrading over 300 users to Windows 7, Office 2013, Bitlocker, and new workstations.
Ticketing and incident management were structured through BMC Footprints, creating, assigning, and closing tickets to maintain incidents and requests through the complete ticket life cycle, with documentation and tracking to agreed service standards and service levels. Authentication and account administration spanned Active Directory provisioning for users, distribution and security groups, Virtual Private Network account creation, and account edits within Oracle Peoplesoft, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Sponsor Portal, and Safenet Authentication Manager.
Event and executive support were explicit operational responsibilities, delivering white glove VIP and executive deskside support, AV meeting support in over 20 Crestron enabled conference rooms, and fielding event technology needs for the NFL Draft, Fantasy Draft, NFL Honors, and preseason games. Emergency IVRS support for injury video review system requirements was provided for Monday, Thursday, and Sunday night football, using remote assistance tools and Apple Remote Desktop to extend support to offsite users.
Service governance emphasized service level adherence, professional escalation and advanced problem resolution, and asset lifecycle recording via equipment and software request processing. The implementation narrative ties Oracle PeopleSoft ERP to a durable service and operational support layer that integrated incident lifecycle management, directory and authentication administration, imaging and endpoint upgrades, and event-critical technical support.

| Greenhouse | Legacy | Greenhouse ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 the NFL deployed Greenhouse ATS as its Applicant Tracking System. Greenhouse ATS is surfaced on the NFL careers site via the hosted job board at https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/nflcareers, where public job listings and application intake are managed through the vendor's web interface.
The implementation centers on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition publishing, candidate profile and pipeline management, interview scheduling and feedback capture, and offer coordination. Configuration work focused on role-based access for recruiting users and standardized candidate workflows, aligning Greenhouse ATS to the NFLs talent acquisition processes.
Operational responsibility sits with internal talent acquisition and HR teams who use Greenhouse ATS to centralize candidate data and run structured interview workflows. The deployment leverages the Greenhouse hosted job board to present listings on the NFL careers site, providing a direct applicant intake channel into the Greenhouse ATS platform.
Governance emphasized standardized hiring stages and centralized interview feedback to ensure consistent decisioning across recruiting teams. Greenhouse ATS is the NFLs primary Applicant Tracking System for web-facing recruitment and internal candidate lifecycle management.

In 2008, NFL implemented Ticketmaster as its Reservation and Booking Management solution on nfl.com to manage public ticketing and online sales for league events. The deployment places Ticketmaster directly on the NFL website, establishing Ticketmaster Reservation and Booking Management as the primary online channel for ticket availability and consumer checkout.
Ticketmaster was configured to provide standard Reservation and Booking Management capabilities including online inventory presentation, interactive seat maps, order capture and checkout workflows, and electronic ticket delivery. Operationally the implementation is surfaced through the nfl.com domain and supports league ticket sales and event admissions workflows, with front-end integration tying website pages to Ticketmaster purchase paths. Control and execution of ticketing operations are managed through the Ticketmaster application, aligning NFL ticketing and fan services functions under a single Reservation and Booking Management platform.
