Multichannel communication capabilities were enabled for e mail, text messaging and letters, and self service portals gave students access to relevant information across the student lifecycle. Governance and process redesign accompanied the technical rollout, with workflow capability introduced to enforce checks and balances, and rights based access management applied through user defined roles. Reporting configuration and just in time reporting were implemented to support executive and operational decision making, and the University reported satisfaction with TCS staff during complete implementation of the Campus Management System. Outcomes documented by the University include streamlined business processes, automated personnel and academic management, simplified reporting and a more coherent 360 degree view of the student lifecycle. The implementation improved data availability, reliability and scalability while enabling on demand reporting and proactive operational actions.
