Explicit integrations implemented include an end-to-end secured integration between SAP Concur and SAP SuccessFactors, integration with SAP ECC, single sign on for simplified access management, and automated data synchronization using standard SAP APIs, plus learning content links to external learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, edX, and Coursera.
Governance and rollout relied on a people centered change management program driven by visioning workshops, persona based engagement, early user sessions with researchers academics and finance support staff, and broad training and awareness campaigns including video based training. The program incorporated collaborative activities such as hackathons for the goals library, gamified training, podcast communications, eCafes, and learning labs to drive adoption across faculties schools research institutes centers and administrative departments covering roughly 17,000 faculty and staff.
