The cross functional scope centered on the CFO organization and acquisition integration, and the program engaged implementation partner Calfrac Well Services on the delivery team. Governance was maintained through the Corporate Strategic Initiatives committee and centralized ownership under the Managing Director, Financial Systems, which reinforced best practices and process standardization. The rollout was executed with stakeholders, partners, and end users working remotely due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the project was delivered below budget, and the team received the Navient Navigator Leadership Award 2020 following the successful launch.
