In 2024, NAXA implemented Swype Lab on their website. Swype Lab was deployed as the primary eCommerce platform to deliver NAXA's customer facing storefront, manage online ordering workflows, and centralize product and content publishing for the professional services firm.
The implementation configured core eCommerce capabilities including product catalog management, pricing and checkout workflows, content driven product pages, and administrative user roles and permissions. The deployment was scoped to commercial functions including sales, marketing, and client services, and integrated directly into the NAXA website to surface catalog updates and transactional flows. Governance controls emphasized editorial workflows and role based access for catalog editors and sales operatives, and the rollout included operational handoffs and training to enable ongoing content and order management within Swype Lab.
