Andela Talent Cloud served as a talent pool management and provisioning layer, coordinating contractor engagement and role specific placement for Nebula's product teams. Operational scope concentrated on Nebula's product and engineering functions, with talent primarily sourced from Sub Saharan Africa and placed into application development and ML and data engineering teams. Nebula hired 10 engineers in days and expanded to approximately 25 engineers within six months to support the late 2023 release, using the Talent Cloud to scale capacity on an accelerated schedule. Governance was organized around the Adaptive Hiring engagement model to manage sourcing, qualification, and onboarding workflows, and the Andela Qualify trial informed screening standards for technical roles. According to the case study, the Andela Talent Cloud engagement enabled Nebula to meet development milestones roughly 6 to 9 months faster, reflecting a compressed time to market for the product launch.
