In 2023 Nepean Motor Group deployed Titan DMS at its multi brand Penrith site to deliver accurate, live management reporting and stronger finance controls for service, parts and vehicle sales. The deployment leverages Titan DMS as the primary Dealership Management application to centralize operational data and reporting for a multi brand retail dealership environment.
Implementation encompassed core Titan DMS functional modules including Titan Admin, Titan Service and Titan Reports, configured to support finance and accounting controls, service workflow and job management, parts inventory control and consolidated management reporting. Configuration focused on transactional integrity and real time reporting, aligning service scheduling, parts replenishment and sales transactions to a single dataset for operational visibility.
Rollout was executed as a centralized site implementation for the Penrith operation, impacting business functions across service, parts, vehicle sales and finance teams. Governance changes emphasized tighter finance controls and live management reporting, creating a single source of operational truth for site leadership and enabling routine management reporting and control checks through Titan DMS.
