In 2022, Nestle Spain implemented ServiceNow Performance Analytics. The ServiceNow Performance Analytics deployment serves as the company Analytics and BI layer for IT service performance and compliance measurement across its Spain and Iberian market operations.
The implementation built on existing ServiceNow modules in use at Nestle Spain, including ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow ITAM and ServiceNow Catalog Manager. Configuration work focused on KPI and scorecard design for Incident, Request, Problem and Knowledge workflows, asset life cycle metrics, and security and compliance indicators, with dashboards and time series reporting tailored to Customer Care and IT operations stakeholders.
Data flows were integrated with Microsoft Power BI for extended reporting and visual analytics, and with Microsoft Power Automate and Office 365 tooling for routine data extracts and automation of indicator updates and notifications. Operational coverage identified in the implementation included Customer Care specialists, ITSM process owners, asset managers and the single point of contact for Cybersecurity in the Iberian Market, reflecting a cross-functional scope between IT service management and security governance.
Governance of the ServiceNow Performance Analytics deployment emphasized KPI ownership, metric reconciliation, and process maturity tracking, supporting ongoing monitoring and iterative refinement of ITSM processes. ServiceNow Performance Analytics was used to centralize analytic workflows and instrument operational performance, aligning measurement practices with established security and compliance responsibilities.
