Governance of the ServiceNow Performance Analytics deployment emphasized KPI ownership, metric reconciliation, and process maturity tracking, supporting ongoing monitoring and iterative refinement of ITSM processes. ServiceNow Performance Analytics was used to centralize analytic workflows and instrument operational performance, aligning measurement practices with established security and compliance responsibilities.
