In 2022, Net Led implemented B2BE Sales Order Automation. The deployment used B2BE’s e-Catalogue with integrated order capture to automatically receive, translate and upload customer purchase orders into their ERP, aligning with Order Management workflows. The implementation centralized electronic order intake and automated order translation, eliminating manual order entry steps across order to cash operations.
The configuration operated as the Sales Order Automation capability within the Order Management category, processing inbound purchase orders through the e-Catalogue, mapping orders to ERP fields and creating downstream order records in the ERP. Operational scope focused on order to cash and back office order processing, impacting order management, fulfillment and finance teams. According to the case study Net Led achieved estimated 70–80% time savings versus manual processing in order to cash operations.
