Operational integration emphasized synchronization with the enterprise HRIS for manager-facing planning and approval workflows, data feeds for employee and job data, and analytic reporting for HR. The program positioned SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to serve Compensation Management, total rewards, talent management, and performance management processes, while the global core team and U.S. leads executed job description analysis and job leveling calibration across about 300 global roles.
Governance and rollout were led by an internal Compensation Analyst and HR Business Partner who managed project delivery, module design and testing, internal training design and roll-out, and stakeholder communications. Process controls included formal guidelines for merit and bonus planning, manager troubleshooting in HRIS, calibration sessions tied to the job leveling effort, and structured communications to employees and managers.
