In 2018 Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub implemented the TOGO Web-based ERP Solution from TOGO PACIFIC as an ERP Financial deployment to centralize financial and ordering workflows across its restaurant operations. The TOGO Web-based ERP Solution was positioned to unify finance, purchasing and sales reporting for high volume casual dining sites and to support corporate fundraising and marketing finance processes.
The implementation emphasized financial modules and transaction orchestration, including centralized accounts payable and receivable posting, inventory cost reconciliation and consolidated sales posting from point of sale channels. Configuration work focused on procure to payment sequencing for restaurant ordering and deliveries, automated sales-to-ledger posting, and configurable reporting to support retail promotions, merchandising and brand initiatives.
Integrations were implemented with restaurant systems explicitly in use, including Aloha and Toast for point of sale sales capture, Crunchtime for inventory and ordering workflows, DiscoverLink for training records, and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation. The deployment integrated explicitly with on premise and cloud tools listed in the operational notes, including Aloha and Toast point of sale platforms for transaction and sales data alignment, DiscoverLink for training and compliance tracking, and Microsoft Office for reporting and communication workflows.
