Integrations were implemented with restaurant systems explicitly in use, including Aloha and Toast for point of sale sales capture, Crunchtime for inventory and ordering workflows, DiscoverLink for training records, and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation. These integrations enabled real time sales and inventory visibility feeding the ERP Financial engine and supported operational tasks such as ordering, deliveries and financial reconciliation across sites. Operational scope included direct support for front of house management, operations directors and floating General Manager coverage, with at least ten Ninety Nine restaurants issued keys and codes to enable rapid operational takeover. Governance and rollout included instituting the full TOGOSystem, leading product and brand initiative execution, embedding sanitation and staffing protocols during the COVID 19 period from 07/18 to 01/21, and establishing weekly reporting and meeting cadences to align restaurant operations, fundraising and corporate finance.
