In 2021 Nippon Paint Malaysia implemented Frontier eHR LeapsUP to address Core HR processes, with the deployment operationally scoped to the Singapore region and the project starting in July 2021. Frontier eHR LeapsUP was commissioned to manage employee records, payroll, leave and expense workflows, and included a talent management extension alongside bilingual support to meet local language needs. The project was positioned to transform HR processes and to improve employee engagement and administrative efficiency.
The implementation configured core modules typical of Core HR, including centralized employee master data, payroll processing workflows, leave management and expense claim workflows. The talent management extension was embedded to support talent workflows such as performance cycles and development planning, and bilingual user interfaces were applied to improve usability for HR staff and employees.
Operational coverage focused on HR and payroll teams at the Singapore site, centralizing employee lifecycle administration and routine HR transactions within Frontier eHR LeapsUP. No external system integrators or specific third party integrations are specified in the source, the emphasis in deployment was on consolidating HR administration, approvals and records into the new application.
Governance work included configuring user roles and approval workflows to standardize HR transaction processing and enable operational handover to HR operations. The July 2021 rollout aimed to standardize processes across the site, with the stated intent to improve administrative efficiency and employee engagement through Frontier eHR LeapsUP.
