In 2024, Noida International Airport deployed SITA Airport Management, selecting SITA Airport Management in the Airport Management category to automate and streamline airport operational workflows. The initiative targets an integrated operational model to coordinate passenger services and airline operations, and to enable collaborative decision making across the airport operations function.
The agreement covers the provision and operation of systems to allocate gates and counters, schedule and manage boarding bridges, manage traffic flows on the airfield, and display flight information to passengers. SITA Airport Management will deliver flight information and planning capabilities, consolidated resource utilization statistics, and operational dashboards to support performance review and planning activities.
The deployment is paired with real time information sharing via the SITA Information Display System, creating a synchronized information layer between operational control and passenger facing displays.
