In 2024, Noki Turkey implemented MobilCode Kobinext ASSM to provide Customer Support for the NOKI shopping and mobile app used across Turkey. MobilCode Kobinext ASSM was provisioned to deliver in-app customer support capabilities tied to product browsing, ordering and customer self service, and to support customer service, e commerce and after sales functions within the organization.
The deployment was embedded into the NOKI mobile app front end and provisioned for the customer service organization in Turkey, enabling in app case creation, triage and resolution tracking. Configuration emphasized standard Customer Support modules such as ticketing, knowledge base, self service portal and in app messaging, with workflows focused on order inquiry and post sale case routing. The association between MobilCode Kobinext ASSM and the NOKI shopping mobile app is inferred from MobilCode authorship of the app rather than from a named public case study, and rollout notes indicate configuration centered on supporting customer facing operations rather than enterprise back office systems.
