Elastic Path Legacy Elastic Path Payments Payment Processing ERP Mckenna Consultants 2022 2023
In 2022, Norgren piloted Elastic Path Composable Commerce that included Elastic Path Payments in an Ireland MVP and then scaled the solution across multiple geographies. The initiative targeted Payment Processing to support complex B2B pricing and global transactions, enabling transactions in dozens of currencies and across many countries. Elastic Path Payments was deployed as the centralized payments engine within the composable commerce architecture, configured to handle payment acceptance, multi currency settlement, and transaction orchestration consistent with Payment Processing platforms. Configuration work emphasized B2B pricing rules, localized payment flows, and commerce catalog alignment to ensure published price behavior matched payment capture logic. Integrations were implemented with ERP and partner systems to enable order to cash workflows, reconciliation, and cross system transaction visibility, supporting commerce, finance, and operations teams. The rollout covered Ireland initially, then expanded regionally to EU, UK, NA, and APAC, and Mckenna Consultants served as the systems integrator on the engagement. Rollout governance followed a pilot then scale approach, with phased regional deployments and centralized commerce governance to manage B2B catalogs and payment policies. The payments and B2B commerce implementation helped drive a reported 100% year over year increase in GMV.

LiveChat, Inc. Legacy LiveChat Chatbots and Conversational AI AI-Powered Application n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 Norgren implemented LiveChat on its corporate website, deploying the LiveChat application in the Chatbots and Conversational AI category to add real time customer engagement capabilities for its New Zealand manufacturing business. The deployment targeted web based customer interactions and was aligned to the companys small support and sales organization, reflecting Norgrens 40 employee footprint and its online product information flows. LiveChat was configured as a site embedded conversational interface, leveraging standard Chatbots and Conversational AI workflows such as live agent chat, offline message capture, canned responses, and session transcripts. Configuration focused on lightweight agent accounts and queueing, message templates for sales and support inquiries, and basic conversational routing to web based contact touchpoints, consistent with typical Chatbots and Conversational AI functional modules. Operational ownership remained with Norgrens customer support and commercial teams, using the LiveChat admin console for user provisioning, availability hours, and chat transcript management. The implementation emphasized simple web embedding and cloud hosted control for continuity of web engagement, with the application instrumented across product pages and contact pages to centralize incoming customer conversations for support and sales follow up.

Adobe Systems Legacy Adobe Connect Audio Video and Web Conferencing Collaboration n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Norgren implemented Adobe Connect, deploying Adobe Connect to provide Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities for customer-facing engagement and internal collaboration. The deployment is embedded on Norgren's public website, enabling web-based meeting rooms and webinar access directly through site pages and positioning Adobe Connect as the primary web conferencing channel for online demonstrations and remote meetings.
