Integrations included connections with the existing FLEX core processing system to ingest transactional activity and with Catalyst FCU as the correspondent bank interface for payment and deposit reconciliation. Governance assigned the Accounting Clerk primary responsibility for daily transactional posting and reconciliations under Controller oversight, embedding Sharetec Accounting into the credit union's reconciliation cadence and vendor payment workflow. Rollout focused on in-person operational use at North Bay Credit Union's Santa Rosa office and aligned role-level processes with system controls and documentation requirements.
