| Sage | Legacy | Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200) | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2003 | 2003 |
In 2003, NPC Global implemented Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200) as its core ERP Financial platform to manage order-to-cash, inventory planning, and accounting for its distribution operations. The deployment serves as the authoritative system of record for customer sales histories, buying patterns, product requirements, and pricing history across sales, customer service, warehousing, and finance functions.
Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200) is configured to support sales order processing, inventory control and product requirement planning, and financial transaction tracking including invoices and credits. The system maintains detailed transaction-level data for every sales order and item purchased, preserving pricing and item detail history to support order management and customer lifecycle records.
Integrations include ANSI ASC X12 EDI support for the complete order series ORD, warehousing series WAR, and financial series FIN, enabling electronic order exchange and warehouse transaction processing. CRM integration is implemented through Sage SalesLogix CRM, which is fully integrated into the ERP Financial environment and provides sales and customer service teams with every contact record, phone call, fax, email, activity, meeting and calendar event recorded since each customer relationship began.
Operational governance centers on a consolidated customer master and transaction ledger, enabling consistent workflows for sales, customer service and finance teams and retaining an auditable buying history for each customer. The implementation emphasizes consolidation of order, warehouse and financial data within Sage 100 to support coordinated operational processes and customer engagement workflows.

| ScanForce | Legacy | ScanForce Inventory Management | Inventory Management | SCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, NPC Global implemented ScanForce Inventory Management to formalize warehouse and inventory controls across its manufacturing operations. The deployment was led by an internal project manager and Salesforce Administrator who coordinated requirements and governed the implementation from the Carteret, New Jersey site.
Configuration centered on Inventory Management capabilities such as barcode enabled receiving, putaway, picking, cycle counting, and automated inventory adjustments to replace manual data entry in warehouse and shipping processes. ScanForce Inventory Management was configured to reflect inventory positions and transactional events back to downstream systems, supporting warehouse transaction orchestration and inventory reconciliation workflows.
Integrations were explicitly managed between ScanForce Inventory Management and SAGE100 ERP, Salesforce CRM, Kuebix TMS, and ScanForce WMS, enabling end to end inventory and shipping data flow. The implementation impacted sales, accounting, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping functions, aligning fulfillment and order to cash processes across the business.
Governance relied on cross functional requirement elicitation forums and procedural trainings, with the project manager delivering technical support and employee onboarding for Salesforce and TaskRay as complementary systems. Workflow changes included custom RFQ handling in Salesforce, KPI reporting construction, and elimination of manual handoffs between warehouse and shipping teams.
NPC Global documented explicit outcomes from the program, including reduced customer attrition through KPI reports and dashboards, reduction of manual data entry in warehouse and shipping, and mitigation of cost push inflation on multiyear contracts by designing raw material index KPIs within Salesforce.
