Zinc Background Checks was configured to run DBS and global right-to-work checks, with automated recheck scheduling and case management to handle ongoing regulatory verification. The implementation integrates with HiBob and Lever to automate ATS and HRIS inputs, enabling candidate and employee records to trigger screening workflows and to surface results back into HR systems. Operational scope centered on Numan’s HR function supporting CQC-regulated staff, with governance focused on centralized screening workflows and standardized recheck processes to maintain auditability and regulatory compliance.
Outcomes reported in the case study are a time savings of more than 500 hours and an 11-day turnaround for rechecks, outcomes achieved through automation of high-volume checks and recheck orchestration using Zinc Background Checks.
