Operational scope focused on retail lending business functions, with governance that emphasized an analytic and test gate before production deployment. Pivotal SFInX was implemented to improve sales process speed and standardization in Poland, reflecting explicit objectives to accelerate retail loan sales workflows and harmonize credit handling practices.
