Governance enforced Google Cloud security framework guidelines for new environments and a structured approach to onboarding subsidiaries, with DXC supporting local regulatory and tax compliance requirements where needed. Operational coverage spans 40 countries where the new SAP system was implemented in six months, supporting 14,000 customers through transactions across 53 countries and providing 8,000 employees with upgraded HR capabilities. The project delivered rapid consolidation on Google Cloud, continuous managed operations by DXC, and integrated data pipelines to enable more complete financial and operational reporting.
