In 2021, ODDO BHF Asset Management deployed the Axway Financial Accounting Hub as an ERP Financial solution to unify and automate accounting data transformation and integration across its finance IT during an accounting and reporting overhaul. The deployment consolidated flows from 15 business applications to populate CODA and regulatory systems, centralizing accounting data pipelines under a single integration layer.
The implementation of Axway Financial Accounting Hub focused on standardizing data transformation, mapping, and validation workflows, and introduced an accounting rules engine to enable finance-led rule configuration. Automation and orchestration of journal creation and distribution were configured to reduce manual handoffs, while self-service control of accounting rules shifted execution ownership to finance teams.
Integrations were explicitly structured to ingest transactional feeds from 15 upstream business applications and to deliver processed accounting outputs to CODA and downstream regulatory reporting systems.
