In 2019, Odessa implemented Otomeyt Oto_Code to support Talent Assessment for its university campus engineering hiring program. The deployment targeted Odessa's campus recruiting funnel to scale sourcing, engagement, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple campuses with a sub-30 day hiring cycle. Otomeyt Oto_Code delivered AI-powered technical assessments, an extensive library of role-aligned tests, a candidate-facing user interface, and simultaneous delivery across multiple campuses. Assessments focused on programming, problem solving, and logical reasoning, and evaluation workflows were aligned to Odessa's selection criteria to filter applicants prior to on-site interviews.
