| ELMO Software | Legacy | ELMO Learning Management | Learning and Development | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, One Harvest implemented ELMO Learning Management. The deployment addressed Learning and Development needs by centralizing compliance and competency training for food safety, hygiene, internal auditing, and site based operations across the organization.
The ELMO Learning Management implementation emphasized core modules common to the Learning and Development category, including course administration, learning paths, assessments, competency tracking, mandatory compliance workflows, and audit focused reporting. Configuration concentrated on automated course assignments based on role profiles such as Hygiene team and Technical staff, completion and assessment tracking for HACCP and internal audit readiness, and administrative reporting to support regulatory inspections. The full application name ELMO Learning Management is reflected in learner enrollment, assessment and compliance record interfaces.
Operational coverage included site based Hygiene teams, the Technical team, Quality and Food Safety functions, and HR administered learner records within One Harvest manufacturing operations in Australia. Project governance used a Change Champion model and a project team, with a Senior Technical Assistant serving as a Change Champion to drive adoption and align training cycles with audit and corrective action timelines. Workflows were adjusted so that non conformance remediation and corrective action training assignments were managed through the ELMO Learning Management system.
The implementation surfaces typical Learning and Development capabilities such as centralized content management, compliance reporting and role based course assignment to produce documented training evidence for internal and external audits. No external integrations or measurable outcomes were specified in the source notes.

| QAD | Legacy | QAD Adaptive ERP (ex MFG/PRO) | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2006 | 2007 |
In 2006, One Harvest implemented QAD Adaptive ERP (ex MFG/PRO) as a Manufacturing ERP to provide core finance and manufacturing transaction management across its operations. The deployment covered One Harvests four Australian factories and its baby leaf farm in Tasmania, establishing a single application footprint for transaction processing, inventory control and financial reporting.
The QAD Adaptive ERP implementation was configured to support finance modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and fixed asset accounting, along with inventory and work in progress controls and purchasing workflows. The system supported operational tasks that are highlighted in One Harvests finance processes, such as multi-entity bank reconciliations, monthly BAS calculation and lodgment, monthly income tax installments, accruals processing, amortisation of prepayments and monthly depreciation journals.
Operational linkages were established between QAD Adaptive ERP and the companys asset register processes, with asset entries loaded into Assetpro for capital project tracking and depreciation scheduling. The rollout also interfaced with farm level systems by supporting data testing and data exchange with a new farm management program used at the Tasmania site, enabling weekly gross margin calculations, material cost analysis, stock take and work in progress review to feed financial reporting.
Governance and process changes aligned to the QAD Adaptive ERP deployment included standardized month end procedures, centralised intercompany loan account reconciliation, maintenance of owners superannuation and trust accounts, and formal lease accounting processes for sale lease back arrangements and lease liability splitting. The application supported finance team responsibilities such as preparation of board packs, backup to payroll, and operational support to accounts payable and receivable, embedding financial controls and consistent accounting workflows across One Harvests sites.

| Telstra | Legacy | Telstra Cloud Infrastructure | Application Hosting and Computing Services | IaaS | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 One Harvest deployed Telstra Cloud Infrastructure to host its public-facing website. One Harvest uses Telstra Cloud Infrastructure as its Application Hosting and Computing Services platform to deliver the company website and related web assets.
The implementation aligns with common Application Hosting and Computing Services capabilities, including compute provisioning, virtual machine orchestration, object storage for web content, network provisioning and load distribution for public traffic. Telstra Cloud Infrastructure provides the underlying hosting and compute layers that support web delivery, security controls at the infrastructure layer, and availability configuration for the public site.
Operational scope centers on the company web presence and associated digital operations, with IT operations and digital teams responsible for capacity management, monitoring, DNS and incident response workflows. Governance emphasizes web operations, release coordination for site updates, and infrastructure configuration management consistent with an infrastructure-hosted website model.
