| Sage | Oracle NetSuite ERP | Sage Intacct | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, OneLogin implemented Sage Intacct as its ERP Financial application, replacing Oracle NetSuite ERP. The deployment centralized full cycle accounting responsibilities including monthly close and the preparation of financial reports in accordance with US GAAP. The accounting lead configured the system to capture revenue accounting requirements such as contract review, revenue recognition rules, deferred revenue schedules and revenue KPI reporting for MRR, ARR, churn and revenue retention.
Sage Intacct was instrumented to support a billing and subscription module alongside core accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll transaction capture. Configuration emphasis targeted automation of revenue recognition processes and maintenance of deferred revenue schedules to align billing events with recognized revenue. The implementation also encompassed building sales compensation plans that align with the company’s growth objectives and integrate with financial reporting workflows.
Operational ownership rested with the OneLogin accounting team who led timely and accurate recording of AP, AR, GL and Payroll, while the system provided support for internal audit activities. Monthly and quarterly workflows were defined for budget analysis, cash management and production of board reporting using Sage Intacct financial ledgers and reporting capabilities. Revenue accounting controls were enforced through contract review workflows and reconciliations to deferred revenue schedules.
Governance included structured monthly close checklists, control points to support auditability and defined owner responsibilities across accounting functions. Sage Intacct functioned as the ERP Financial backbone for OneLogin’s finance organization, consolidating transactional finance, subscription billing and revenue recognition into a single application.

| Bombora | Legacy | Bombora Platform | Account Based Marketing | CRM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 OneLogin deployed the Bombora Platform as an Account Based Marketing solution to improve sales and marketing alignment. The Bombora Platform was integrated with Leadspace’s B2B Customer Data Platform while ingesting Bombora Company Surge intent data to prioritize accounts and feed unified audience signals.
Configuration centered on intent data ingestion, account scoring and audience segmentation, with campaign orchestration that synchronized marketing emails and sales play messaging. The implementation used Company Surge signals routed into Leadspace-driven segmentation so outbound email campaigns and sales sequences referenced the same intent triggers and topical messaging.
The deployment operated across marketing and sales functions, driving coordinated campaign-to-play workflows that connected email cadence with sales outreach. OneLogin reported explicit outcomes from the Bombora Platform integration, including a 60% increase in email open rates, a twofold increase in email reply rates, and a 10% increase in outbound sales pipeline.
Governance emphasized shared playbooks and message alignment, with joint ownership between demand generation and field sales to maintain consistent outreach and to operationalize intent signals into repeatable workflows. The workstream focused on practical process changes, aligning content, timing and sales follow up so marketing and sales referenced identical account intent signals during outreach.

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Legacy | Amazon S3 | Cloud Storage | IaaS | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, OneLogin deployed Amazon S3 on Amazon Web Services as its Cloud Storage layer to host static assets served on its public website. The Amazon S3 configuration is organized as object storage for web assets, using distinct S3 buckets to separate environments and employing standard S3 features such as versioning and lifecycle policies to manage asset retention and refresh cycles.
Operational ownership for the Amazon S3 deployment is concentrated in web engineering and security teams, applying AWS access control patterns and bucket policies to govern permissions and maintain auditability. The implementation positions Amazon S3 as the primary Cloud Storage component for content hosting, static asset lifecycle management, and access governance on the OneLogin website.
